A small, deliberate studio on Namibia's coast. We work in proteas, lilies and the season's best stems — building bouquets that feel like a moment, not a transaction.
Flower Garden began with a simple frustration — that most bouquets in town felt rushed, oversaturated, and stripped of personality. So we built a different kind of studio.
Every arrangement is composed by hand, in small numbers, by florists who actually obsess over the architecture of a stem. We lean into what grows well here on the coast — proteas, leucadendron, gerberas, the wild structural greenery that gives our work its signature texture — and we balance it with imported lilies, lisianthus and roses when the moment calls for romance.
You won't find a thousand identical hands-tied bouquets behind our counter. You'll find a curated wall of seasonal stems, a workbench dusted with petals, and someone who'll ask you who the flowers are for before they pick up the shears.
Our Story →
Our most-ordered arrangement, and the one we'd hand you if you asked us to choose. A king protea anchored by leucadendron, complemented by stargazer lilies and seasonal fynbos, finished in matte cream paper.
It's the bouquet that taught everyone in Walvis Bay what a really good arrangement looks like. We make it differently every time — same heart, different season.

Maureen and her team don't just make bouquets — they read the room. Every arrangement we've ordered has felt personal, considered, and far better than the brief.A Walvis Bay Bride · 2024
No assembly-line bouquets. Every arrangement is composed by a florist who's thinking about you, the recipient, and the season.
We work with growers from Cape Town to the highveld, and prioritise what's freshest in the cooler each week. No wilting filler. Ever.
Same-day delivery across Walvis Bay and Swakopmund — hand-wrapped, hand-delivered, with a card if you'd like one.
The Studio
We love being booked in advance — but if you're walking through Walvis Bay and need a bouquet today, come in. There's always something fresh in the cooler, always a florist on the bench.
Bring a photo of the recipient's home, the colour of a dress, or just an emotion. We'll build something around it. That's the whole point of buying flowers from a real florist.
